Cub Scout Ranks
As a Cub Scout, you will be part of OCBC Pack 578. The pack is divided into smaller groups called dens. Each den has about six to eight Scouts. All of the Cub Scouts in your den are in the same grade and approximately the same age. The Cub Scout pack belongs to a church, a school, or some other group of people in your community or neighborhood. This group makes sure your pack has good adult leaders, a place to meet, and exciting things to do. The group gets help from the Scouts of America, which is part of Scouting around the world.
OCBC Pack 578 typically have 6 dens that covers kindergarteners to 5th graders: Lions, Tigers, Wolves, Bears, Webelo 1s, and Webelo 2s. In the 6th grade, the Scouts crossover from Cub Scouts onward to Boy Scouts.
